• To make a provisional booking or if you have a general query regarding villa availability, booking conditions etc, we can be reached by telephone, email or via the websites contact form.

  • Once your booking has been accepted, we require a completed booking form and a non refundable deposit of £100/$200 USD per week within 7 days.

  • The booking form can either be filled in online (see below) or a printable copy can be downloaded from here. Our mailing address is available upon application.

  • On receipt of your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance, following which we will send out a confirmation of booking.

  • Payment of the balance in full is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. On receipt, banking and clearance of your parties’ final payment, an arrival Pack will be forwarded to you.

  • All cheques should be made payable to "Mr G Dunn".

  • A refundable security deposit of £175/$250 USD must be paid with the final balance or upon arrival by credit card to our management company. This security deposit will be repaid to your party by cheque, within 30 days of your departure, providing the local management have reported no breakages and you have returned the key as requested. They check the inventory prior to your arrival and after your departure and will advise of any faults. These may include additional cleaning costs for spills, stains etc.

A number of services are available from our management company. These include cot, highchair and stroller rental, barbecue hire, mid stay clean, welcome pack, champagne & flowers on arrival and pool heating. 

Please ask if you require any additional services. If ourselves or our management company can't help, we are sure we'll know someone who can.
